More of the park - that's the Statue of Liberty again in between the lamp post and tree

I had written a great post to go along with these pics, but lost it all =(. To recap, they were taken at Rockefeller Park which runs alongside the Hudson River. Chris & I had a lovely afternoon Saturday just strolling down the river front and then walking back up to our place from Battery Park, through Tribeca & up to Soho. We stopped along the way to watch a children's (they looked under 8 yrs. old) soccer match. It was really cute, but definitely made us a little homesick to be missing such activities of our own family! We are not homesick, however, for the balmy temperatures back home! It was so breezy & brisk this weekend & even now as I'm writing this (with the windows open of course), it's a glorious 65 degrees outside (it was a chilly 58 when I woke up this morning)! Wish you were here =)!

I'm jealous that you and Holly (and Kat!) are living in such gorgeous climates!!...I know FL is gorgeous as well, but I'm SO ready for some Fall weather and I could almost feel the cool weather while looking at your beautiful pics!!! Congrats on passing the Bar exam - I know you must feel SUCH A sense of relief knowing that's done with!! Hope you and your hubby get many more beautiful days to stroll through your new area!!
