You Will Be Missed

This morning, my great-grandmother, Nanny, passed away.  Chris & I are so thankful we got to spend time with her & our entire family last weekend.  I love this picture of her - it was taken at mine & Chris' house in Tallahassee when she came for a visit.  It really captures her - she was such an independent and vibrant woman and I have SO MANY wonderful memories of her throughout the years (working at the Skyway together, playing cards & dominos, her yummy milkshakes, helping her decorate her new house, countless hugs & kisses, and so many more).  Growing up around so many loving grandparents and having such a close extended family is definitely one of the greatest blessings of my life.  Thank you Nanny for all the love, support and encouragement you gave over the years!  You will be missed, but will always live on in our hearts!

She was a really sweet and wonderful lady. My prayers are with you and your family. It is such a blessing that you and your family were able to come down to PC last weekend and all be together and that you had 20+ years with your great-grandmother. What a gift!
