Symphony Under the Stars

Last night we ventured up to Central Park for a true summertime in NYC treat - the NY Philharmonic playing under the stars in Central Park. The night could not have been more beautiful - the sky was completely clear and the air was cool and crisp. Chris commented that it felt just like something out of a movie. And, it kind of did. To end the night, there were beautiful fireworks shot off at the south end of the park that exploded over the city skyline. It was really, so lovely.

**Disclaimer - the video quality is pretty bad. But, at least you can hear the music and somewhat make out the stage ;).

Me & Chris after settling into our spot on the Great Lawn.

There was quite an audience!

I know this one is really dark, but if you click on it & enlarge it, it's actually a pretty good representation of the night scenery.

What a perfect evening! So glad you and Chris (and others from your church) were able to enjoy a beautiful night under the stars listening to the Philharmonic.
BTW, did you notice the girl in the background of the pic of you and Chris? Her face made me laugh. Hope you and Chris had a good time looking at apartments. Love you!
