La Vida Loca

Sorry to leave everyone hanging there for a little while, but things truly have been crazy around here! As of Tuesday night, Chris & I thought this entire drama of "what are we going to do with the rest of our lives" was over. We had made a tentative, yet "final" decision. But to make a long story short, things didn't quite work out that way. My prayer has been that God would knock me down with the right choice, but instead, He seems to have chosen to knock us down with the wrong ones! So, I don't know where we'll be for the rest of our lives (or even after this May), but I do know that God is in control, am trying to not take the whole thing so seriously, and am thankful to have more time in NYC before having to decide what's next. So - right now, I am up to my eyeballs in Fiduciary Income Tax (believe me, it's even worse than it sounds!), but in the spirit of remembering the constancy of change & majestic power of God, I thought I'd share some fall shots of NYC. And, as we might be getting our first snow tomorrow, I thought I'd better put them up before I share the Christmas Winter Wonderland that is NYC!

Your pictures are so pretty. I really like the red trees on the left in the West Village. Chris looks handsome in his coat in Central Park. Miss you both and looking forward to your coming home in 20 days (who is counting?)--You are right, God has it all under control :)--Mom

So funny that one day you're posting fall pictures and the next day you're posting snow pictures. I guess that's just NYC weather for you.
Hang in there with your finals, interviews, etc. I know you're stressed, but it will all be over soon :) Love you and am praying for you!
