In other (late to be reported) news from last week, we closed on the house in Tallahassee. It is officially sold. It's really bittersweet saying goodbye. This was mine & Chris' first home together & we had so much fun decorating it and settling in. We also have so many wonderful memories in that house - my first time cooking Easter dinner & Sara's sweet Easter egg hunt, Chris' countless hours studying in the office, the wonders of Tivo, girl's prayer group, 1L study groups, Sunday nights when Sasha came over for shortcake & the old Desperate Housewives/Grey's Anatomy combo, indoor bobbing for apples at our Halloween party (and my sopping wet kitchen), countless devotionals and college group get-togethers, Chris & I just hanging out together, and so many more. I will also miss our evening strolls down to Southwood Central Park Lake, bike-rides, walk-throughs of new construction, impromptu lunches at Town Center, and hot summer days spent at the pool. Tallahassee will always hold a special place in our hearts! So long Swift Way. So long Southwood. May you be as much of a blessing to your new inhabitants as you were to us!

You almost made me cry. Swift Way and Tallahassee have special memories for Dad and me, also.-- helping you pick out colors for the house, doing the walk through, watching Chris and Uncle Bill help install the light fixtures, etc. Seeing how important it was to you to get your home decorated just right, being so proud of how much extra work you did to hold Bible studies in your home, and the times we spent with you and Chris at your graduation were all good memories. God is good! His faithfulness continues through all generations. He will continue to bless you and Chris above your wildest imaginations. Psalm 105:1
